Read her full interview below:

What are some of the highlights you have had during your time working at National 360?

One of the biggest highlights of my time at N360 has been building confidence in delivering Behaviour Support through telehealth, especially when working with participants across different regions and systems. Learning how to adapt the way I assess, communicate, and support people in different environments has been a really valuable part of my role.Working with a diverse range of participants and seeing real, positive change over time, even when working remotely, has been especially rewarding.

Why do you enjoy regional and remote work?

Working in regional and remote settings has really shown me how important flexibility and creativity are in Behaviour Support. While it can be challenging at times, it’s incredibly rewarding to be able to provide consistent, high-quality support in communities where access to services is limited. I also really enjoy being able to support and mentor other clinicians working remotely, especially those who are early in their careers.

What supports have you received at National 360?

The support I’ve received at N360 through supervision, interdisciplinary mentoring, and ongoing peer discussions has been invaluable. As I progressed to a proficient level, this support has really helped build my confidence, my clinical skills, and stay connected while working in a regional setting. There is a wealth of knowledge across the organisation, and having access to diverse perspectives and firsthand experiences has provided valuable guidance in my practice. Knowing that support is always there when needed, has made a real difference.

What are your goals for 2026?

In 2026, I want to continue building my clinical skills while delivering flexible telehealth services that improve access for people with disabilities in regional and remote communities. I’ll also be commencing my Master’s in Psychology mid-year as part of my broader professional development
