Whether you have Supports at Home funding, are in residential care or your own home, you don’t need a GP or other medical professional to refer you first.

We are an Associated Provider who can work alongside your Aged Care Provider to provide your services in a way that suits you. We cannot accept referrals for Commonwealth Home Support Packages (CHSP).  We recommend contacting My Aged Care to locate allied health providers that can provide CHSP services.
