By integrating individual goals with family, carers and support networks, we provide holistic and collaborative care that supports meaningful outcomes. We will go further for you..

National 360 has grown from humble beginnings in 2006, when founder Heidi Long established a small community based practice. Today, our local teams of multidisciplinary clinicians operate from 22 offices across TAS, VIC, NSW, QLD, SA and WA. We are known for our strong community connections and our consistency, quality and clinical excellence, supported by structured governance and a commitment to best practice.

Our clinicians deliver Occupational TherapyPhysiotherapySpeech PathologyBehaviour Support and 360 Kids Early Childhood Services. We provide targeted supports tailored to each individual, including one-on-one therapy and group programs such as school readiness and therapy groups. As a community-based service, we work in natural environments including homes, schools, clinics and care settings.

We bring extensive experience across funding many schemes including the NDIS, Supports at Home, WorkSafe, TAC, injury insurance and other government and private programs. Our centralised intake team ensures each client is matched with the right therapist and supports from the outset to achieve the best outcomes.

We collaborate closely with families, carers, support networks and community organisations to build partnerships that support inclusion, participation and independence. Our approach focuses on measurable progress and functional improvement, helping individuals engage meaningfully in everyday life.

We continue to innovate and evolve to meet sector changes, maintaining our leadership in allied health. Our therapists receive industry-leading support and training to ensure they are skilled, capable and confident to deliver the highest standard of care. We look forward to developing a therapy plan tailored to your needs and goals.

Together, we will reach milestones, achieve your goals and build independence.

Allied Health Origins

Our Founder Heidi Long is a leader within her field of Occupational Therapy, with over 25 years’ experience in the health sector and a strong passion for improving access to healthcare for people with disabilities. Working alongside a team of skilled allied health professionals, National 360 has evolved into a leading provider of multi-disciplinary health services across Australia with services including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Behaviour Support and Early Childhood.

Local Teams

We are privileged to have a fantastic team of therapists and support staff across Australia situated across 22 office locations.  While our clinicians have the flexibility to work from home and the office; our teams have office days every week to connect in-person for face-to-face supervision, workshops, shadow assessments, meetings and team events.  Being local and part of the community is important to our therapy teams and the clients we support.

Specialist Skills

National 360 employs Clinical Practice Advisors, who are subject matter experts in one or more areas of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Positive Behaviour Support and Early Childhood. These experienced clincians provide mentoring to therapists in both individual and group settings to support their management of a diverse caseload.  Consultations are also available direct to clients where specialist support is required, including locations where services are not available locally.

Industry Leading Support

National 360 has a fantastic team of senior clinicians to support our broader allied health workforce. We have therapy resources, support and training programs to enable clinicians to develop, consolidate and diversify their skills across clinical and leadership roles to ensure our clients receive the best care. We have a large support team that has extensive knowledge of health and disability to support our clients and referrers in making informed decisions regarding their therapy needs.
