What to expect after I have submitted a referral form

You’ll receive a call from our Client Support Intake Team to get started right away! New client referrals can be booked straight in for a clinical intake and needs evaluation appointment with a senior clinician at National 360 – it’s so simple! At the end of your appointment, the senior clinician will find the right local clinician to be allocated to support you, and they will advise whether a wait time will apply before they can get started. We don’t assign you a clinician based purely off your location, age or diagnosis; we take a person-centred approach to understand YOU, your background, challenges and goals.
