Outreach Services National 360 Allied Health

What Is Outreach?

Outreach is how National 360 brings allied health services directly to communities that are further from one of our clinic locations or regularly visited community areas. Rather than you travelling to us, our therapists travel to you – visiting you at home, in your community, or at a location that works for you.

We provide outreach services across regional and remote areas of Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, Western Australia, and Tasmania. Our therapists travel from their nearest National 360 clinic base on a regular schedule, so you can access consistent, ongoing support without the burden of long-distance travel.

Outreach visits can be combined with telehealth appointments between in-person sessions to keep your therapy on track.

Who Is Outreach Right For?

Our outreach services suit anyone who lives outside easy reach of a National 360 clinic and benefits from face-to-face therapy. This includes:

  • NDIS participants in regional or remote areas who need in-person allied health support
  • Older Australians on Support at Home or aged care funding who prefer a therapist to visit them
  • Children with developmental delay or disability who benefit from in-person assessment and therapy through our 360 Kids program
  • Clients recovering from workplace injuries or transport accidents (WorkCover, TAC, CTP) in areas away from our clinics
  • Private clients or those with a GP Medicare referral in regions with limited local allied health access

Not sure if we travel to your area? Contact our Client Support Team on 1300 340 440 and we’ll let you know what’s available near you.

Where We Travel

National 360 outreach services are delivered from our network of clinic bases across Australia. Our therapists travel into regional and surrounding communities on a regular schedule, either as part of regular service delivery, or specifically for outreach trips.

The areas below reflect our current outreach and regional community coverage – contact us to confirm availability in your specific location. Locations may be added or removed, so please reach out and contact us if you would like to enquire about Outreach in your region.

Outreach Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if outreach is available in my area?

The best way is to contact our Client Support Team directly on 1300 340 440 or via our online enquiry form. We’ll let you know whether outreach visits are scheduled in your area and what frequency to expect, or suggest telehealth as an alternative if in-person outreach isn’t yet available.

Visit frequency depends on your therapy goals, your funding plan, and the outreach schedule for your region. Between in-person outreach visits, many clients complement their support with telehealth appointments to maintain momentum. Your therapist will help you design a schedule that fits your goals and your plan.

Travel costs apply depending on the distance our therapist travels to reach you. Speak to our Client Support Team at the time of referral so we can be clear about how travel is handled for your funding type and location.

Yes, and many clients do. Outreach visits work well alongside telehealth appointments (available for all services, Australia-wide) and clinic visits when clients are in a major centre. Your therapist will help you work out the right combination based on your goals and circumstances.
