In-Home and Community Allied Health Services

We come to you - at home, at school, in your community, wherever works for you.

At National 360, our clinicians don’t just wait for you to come to them. Our in-home and community allied health service model means your allied health support is delivered where your real life happens: at home, in your backyard, at school or work, in an aged care facility, or out in your local community.

It’s the same qualified clinicians, the same evidence-based therapy, and the same commitment to your goals, just without the commute.

What does 'In Community' Mean?

In-community delivery means a National 360 clinician comes to a setting that’s part of your everyday life, rather than you travelling to a clinic. That might be:

  • Your home for assessments, therapy sessions, equipment trials, or home modification advice
  • Your child’s school or early learning centre for in-reach therapy, classroom support, or educator consultation
  • A local park, playground, or community space for naturalistic therapy with children
  • Your workplace for occupational assessments, functional capacity evaluations, or return-to-work support
  • An aged care facility or supported accommodation for residents who need allied health but can’t travel
  • Anywhere else that makes sense for your goals

This approach isn’t just convenient, it’s clinically effective. Goals around daily living, independence, and real-world function are often better supported when therapy happens in the actual environment where those skills are used. Seeing how a client moves around their kitchen, interacts with their home, or navigates their local neighbourhood gives our clinicians insight that a clinic room simply can’t replicate.
