Refund Policy

All refund requests must be made in writing and forwarded to finance@national360.com.au

The request should have the details of the initial payment including the date, amount and the reason for the refund request.

All correspondence received will be acknowledged via email within 48 hours and National 360 will endeavor to resolve the matter within 14 working days of the request being lodged.
