National 360 Behaviour Support Services: NDIS Registered Provider
National 360 Behaviour Support Services provides a high-quality evidence-based, person-centred approach to people who have approved behaviour support funding in their NDIS plans. Behaviour support funding is identified when a participant demonstrates behaviour that may be challenging in their own environment. Behaviour is called ‘challenging’ because it challenges everyone who supports the person to understand why it is happening and to work together to find a solution.
The most important outcome in positive behaviour support is an improvement in a person’s quality of life. Behaviour Support Services are available under the NDIS Support Category of Improved Relationships.
We offer support for all age groups, children, teenagers, adults and aged care clients.
Behaviour Support Practitioners
At National 360 you will be supported by friendly and highly qualified positive behaviour support practitioners who deliver behaviour support and therapy and work with you to design a positive behaviour support plan to ensure you feel healthier, and happier and improve your well-being and quality of life.
Positive Behaviour Support Plans
Our Behaviour Support Service is a multidisciplinary team that draws on different areas of expertise to create comprehensive behaviour support plans containing strategies responsive to the person’s individual needs, in a way that addresses behaviours of concern. Behaviour support plan is tailored to the needs of each individual, with a focus on providing effective training and support to achieve positive behavioural outcomes. We work closely with our clients to ensure that they receive the support they need to achieve their goals.
Assessment and Recommendations Report
An Assessment and Recommendation Report typically involves a comprehensive evaluation of an individual and any current presenting risks, restrictive practices or behaviours of concern. This may include observations, interviews, administration of assessments and report writing. This service is suitable for individuals who would benefit from Behaviour Support services but are currently not funded for Improved Relationships in their NDIS plan.
