Our mobile therapists come to you, we deliver our services to clients in their homes, or in community locations such as schools, work, or residential facilities. Our Physiotherapists treat a wide range of conditions across Paediatric, adult, Pain, neurological, musculoskeletal and mental health areas, we can assist with:
- Exercise plans to improve strength, movement and flexibility
- Injury management
- Pain management
- Balance and falls prevention
- Respiratory treatment
- Neurological rehabilitation
- Mobility aids
- Assistive Technology prescription
- Rehabilitation after surgery
- Developmental delays in children
National 360 is a registered NDIS provider that has been in operation since August 2016, and has many years of experience in community health, prior to and after the implementation of the NDIS.
Terms and Conditions:
- The program is available for new physiotherapy referrals received from 18th July to 9th September 2022.
- Services will be provided between 18th July and 11th November 2022.
- Physiotherapy services and travel will be billed in accordance with the NDIS price guide which can be viewed here NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2022-23
- Physiotherapy Rates
- NSW, VIC, Qld – $193.99
- WA, SA – $224.62
- Travel – charged for the time taken to travel to a participant’s home or agreed location of service. Travel is not charged if service is provided at a National 360 office.

- The physiotherapy starter pack provides 6 hours of face to face physiotherapy service for the cost of 5 hours.
- The face to face time with the therapist in the 5th session is provided at no charge to the participant
- Therapist travel to your home, community or other agreed location will be charged for all sessions including the 5th session in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2022-23.
- National 360 will provide a service agreement outlining the services including an outline of each session.
- Physiotherapy hours allocated to the program are transferrable to be used for case management, assistive technology trials or other non-face to face services.
- Detailed physiotherapy reports are excluded from the program.
- Participants may cancel physiotherapy services at any stage and will only be charged for services delivered up to and including the date of cancellation.
