Speech Pathology Aged Care – our caring and highly skilled Speech Pathologists work with our aged care clients to support those that have difficulties or impairments related to speech, language, social communication, literacy, voice, fluency and swallowing and dysphagia. 

National 360 offer a range of speech assessments and speech therapy, including communication technology. National 360’s mobile speech pathology service allows clients to be seen within their home, retirement villa/village, independent living unit or residential aged care facility, to maximise outcomes.

Our team has extensive experience working within the aged care sector and maximising independence in all tasks of daily living for clients over 65.

We deliver the service within our client’s own home, supported accommodation, residential facility and within their community environment.

National 360 allows individuals to maximise their safety and independence. We assist in maintaining, establishing or regaining quality of life along with assisting individuals to remain in their own home safely, for as long as possible.

National 360 can provide services based on the following methodologies:
Wellness approach – we empower clients to maintain strength and mobility to remain living in your own home for longer.
Reablement approach – we provide clients with a time limited service to assist you to regain their independence.

We work collaboratively with clients, their families and support workers to set goals that are important for them. Intervention aims to provide practical strategies to improve skills and facilitate change, through the use of evidence-based techniques and approaches to therapy.

All intervention is client centred and goal focused. We work with private and NDIS speech therapy clients, their families, carers and other members of the treating team to achieve the best outcomes.
