Recruitment Process
The international recruitment process at National 360 has been designed to be supportive of your individual circumstances and provide you with as much information as possible regarding working in Australia. In addition to our highly trained internal HR team, we also involve our Migration Agents throughout this process to ensure you will meet the appropriate sponsorship requirements for the role. The typical recruitment process for an international Allied Health Professional is:
- Application – Apply for a role with us through an active job advertisement, submitting a website Expression of Interest Form, or emailing Careers@National360.com.au.
- Phone Screen – After submitting your application, a member of our talent team will be in contact to complete a phone screen. This phone screen provides an opportunity for you to learn more about working at National 360 and within the Australian healthcare system and to ask any questions you may have about the company, role, or relocation. This stage also allows us to gain a better understanding of your skills and experience, alongside your motivation to relocate to Australia.
- Interview – Following a successful phone screen, you will be scheduled for an interview with the relevant Hiring Manager. This interview will provide you with an opportunity to connect with a leader from your potential new team and learn more about the team’s composition and culture. During the interview, there will be a mixture of behavioural, motivation-based, situational, and competency-based questions.
- Conditional Letter of Offer & Reference Checks – If you are successful following your formal interview, you will be issued with a conditional Letter of Offer (LOO). This LOO will outline information relating to your potential employment and will be conditional pending sponsorship eligibility and approval. During this time, reference checks will also be completed.
- Sponsorship Assessment – Once the conditional LOO has been signed and reference checks completed, we will contact our Migration Agents for a sponsorship assessment. This will outline the most appropriate visa pathway taking into consideration your individual needs. In some circumstances, we may be required to undertake Labour Market Testing (LMT) which involves advertising the position for a period of time across two Australian job boards.
- Employment Contract – Following successful sponsorship assessment and LMT, you will be issued with a formal Employment Agreement pending visa approval.
- Visa Application – After signing the Employment Agreement, our internal HR team will work closely with our external Migration Agents on the lodgement of your visa. You will also have the opportunity to connect with our Migration Agents during this process to ask any questions you may have.
- Make the Move! – Following successful approval of your visa, you will be ready to relocate to Australia! If you are already located in Australia, you will be able to commence with National 360 upon visa approval.
