Our Behaviour Support Services

National 360’s team of NDIS Registered Behaviour Support Practitioners also known as Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, work with clients across all disabilities and ages. We are recognised for our thorough assessments, quality reports, and community-based support.

We have experienced and caring Behaviour Support Practitioners across Australia who come to you and help you get the most from your NDIS plan. Our NDIS Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner meet the capability levels of core, proficient, advanced or specialist.

Our services include:

Interim Behaviour Support Plan – for high-risk behaviours and restrictive practices
Functional Behaviour Assessments – to understand why behaviours occur
Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans– function based strategies for the prevention of behaviours, reduction of restrictive practices and skill development
Plan implementation including training family, carers and staff and regular monitoring
Behaviour Support Needs Assessment – to determine whether PBS is required and write a recommendations report to assist with funding Behaviour Support.

Interim Behaviour Support Plan

For high-risk behaviours and restrictive practices

Need Assessments

A report outlining the participant’s behaviours of concern and the impact these are having on their life and the lives of the people around them. Included within the report are core recommendations.
Supporting children aged 5 years +, teens and adults.

Functional Behaviour Assessments

Provides interim response strategies to minimise high risk situations faced by the participant and those around them.

Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plan

Comprehensive training to family, carers or staff, tailored to support needs to reduce behavioural risks.
