We are currently recruiting for Behaviour Support Practitioners Practitioners across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania.
National 360 have several exciting opportunities within our national Positive Behaviour Support Team. With a strong team of qualified PBS Leaders, you will work in an environment which fosters the advancement of clinical skills through a robust clinical support structure.
As an experienced Positive Behavior Support Practitioner, you will be providing a combination of community, clinic, and telehealth-based services to NDIS participants of all ages and supported by a Multi-Disciplinary Team. We are able to facilitate a generalist caseload – mix of paediatrics and adult clients, with the ability to tailor caseload depending on interest areas.
Our roles are open to clinicians who hold a ‘Proficient’, ‘Advanced’, ‘Specialist’ or above letter of suitability from the NDIS, with a relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Social, Disability, Teaching or Social Sciences etc.

Clinical Supervision & Support
Supervision & Support
Our 360 Circle of Support is our core framework for supporting all therapists at National 360. Our objective is to attract & retain confident, capable therapists who excel both professionally and personally. For therapists, your Circle of Support will comprise of your Team Leader, Clinical Supervisor, and our Clinical Support Team to tailor your learning & development to your individualised needs.
Our structure ensures that every therapist is provided with tailored advice and individualised coaching, with Clinical Supervisors supporting no more than three supervisees. Each person’s goals and targets are adjusted and consistently reviewed to support individual journeys in consideration of everybody’s location, discipline, skills, and experience.
Clinical Practice Advisors
No matter your background, experience, or clinical stream, you will receive comprehensive supports from our network of clinicians locally, and across the country.
In addition to 1:1 operational and clinical support, National 360 employs Clinical Practice Advisors, and subject matter experts in one or more areas of Behaviour Support, plus Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, and Early Childhood.
Our Clinical Practice Advisors provide mentoring to therapists in both individual and group settings to support their management of a diverse caseload.
Administrative and Day-to-Day Support
In addition to clinical support, National 360 therapists are supported by our operational teams. Our Customer Support Team provide clinicians with full support for referrals and administration, enabling clinicians to spend more time with their clients. Our Finance, People & Culture, Marketing, and IT teams are also on hand to support you in your role.

Behaviour Support Practitioner Support
As a Behaviour Support Clinician at National 360 you can expect to receive:

Clinical Leadership Development Program
For those interested in becoming a Clinical Supervisor, or for existing Clinical Supervisors who would like to receive formal training in this area, the 12-month Clinical Leadership Development Program is for you. The Program includes:
Practical Modules
Complete practical modules at your own pace via National 360’s online Learning Management System. After finishing the Fundamentals of Supervision, Core, and Advanced modules, join a live session with peers and Clinical Leaders to review and discuss key learnings.
Soft Skill Workshop
An external provider will cover topics like effective feedback, coaching conversations, managing difficult discussions, and navigating change to help you effectively coach and develop supervisees.
Evaluation of Supervision
Participants will assess their supervisory skills through self-audit, peer audit, and mini-360 evaluations. Advanced supervisors receive 1:1 coaching with a Clinical Lead and create a Career Development Plan for clinical leadership growth.
Team Leader Development Program
The Team Leader Development Program at National 360 is a 12-month initiative for therapists aiming to transition into operational management and leadership roles. It equips both new and current Team Leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their positions. The program includes:
360 Feedback
Participants receive comprehensive feedback from supervisors, peers, and direct reports to enhance self-awareness and communication. This is followed by a 1:1 debrief with the People & Culture Manager to set personalized goals.
Coaching
eam Leaders are paired with senior leaders for formal coaching sessions focused on self-assessment and reflective learning. They develop and review a Professional Development Plan with their coach.
Peer-to-Peer Support
Participants join Peer Support Groups to tackle real workplace challenges through Action Learning Projects, presenting solutions to the Executive Team, with many recommendations being adopted.
Practical Skill Development
The program covers essential tasks like onboarding, performance management, and conducting reviews to ensure Team Leaders are proficient in their roles.
