Heidi Long Circle

Heidi

Heidi, the Founder and Managing Director of National 360, started her business over 15 years ago as a small private practice with just a few clinicians providing allied health services across Melbourne and regional Victoria. By finding passionate clinicians and support staff across the country, Heidi grew and expanded National 360 to become Australia’s leading NDIS provider of Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, and Behaviour Support allied health services. From just servicing clients in Victoria, National 360 has grown to now service clients across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, and Tasmania.

Being an Occupational Therapist by background, Heidi has had the opportunity to work alongside other team leaders and managers who are allied health trained, which ensures allied health is always at the forefront of her decision making in regard to not only our client services, but also the way we operate and are supporting our clinicians as a company. Heidi is an inspiring leader who has created a company with a culture that focuses on valuing the person, going above and beyond, and raising the bar for our clients, and providing industry leading support to clinicians to help them grow and develop their practice and leadership skills within their allied health careers.
