Congratulations to Ash, our Leadership Excellence Award Winner for 2025!

Ash began her journey with National 360 as a graduate Occupational Therapist seven years ago, and has since grown into an incredible clinician, mentor and leader at National 360.

Ash’s leadership has a calm and considerate approach, enabling individuals to feel supported and motivated to succeed. She has guided teams through trialling new systems and navigating change in a professional and encouraging manner.

Ash has an ability to connect with each individual in a unique way, tailoring her approach to their needs. She is data driven, enabling her to improve performance strategically and consider impacting factors. Ash is extremely organised with all she does and has a deep understanding of processes and lives our organisational values.

We asked Ash some questions about her time at National 360, her role, and what she wants to achieve in 2026.

Can you tell us a little bit about your journey at National 360?

I’ve been with National 360 for just over seven years, starting my career as a graduate Occupational Therapist. During my first year, I worked part-time at National 360 alongside a role in public health, but I quickly realised how much I enjoyed working here and moved into a full-time position. As a clinician, I worked across both paediatric and adult services and developed a strong interest in equipment prescription and home modifications.

Over time, I progressed through two supervisor roles before becoming Team Leader in Warrnambool. I then moved into my current role as Regional Manager, where I now support multiple teams across Victoria, including Warrnambool, Geelong and Wodonga. Along the way, I also spent around 12 months working in Behaviour Support. Today, my focus is on leadership and supporting our teams to grow and deliver high-quality services.

How did you feel when you found out you won the Leadership Excellence Award?

I felt incredibly honoured and grateful when I found out I had received the Leadership Excellence Award. Leadership is something I’ve worked hard to develop over the years, and I’m very passionate about supporting individuals within my teams in their own careers. It meant a lot to have that recognised, particularly because I’m so committed to creating a supportive environment where people can grow, feel confident in their roles and achieve their goals. It felt like a wonderful acknowledgement of the journey I’ve had at National 360 and the work we do together as a team.

As a Regional Manager leading multiple teams across Victoria, what kind of supports do you provide your team members, and what supports have you received throughout your career at National 360?

Throughout my career at National 360, I’ve been fortunate to receive strong support in developing my leadership skills, including mentoring from senior leaders, participating in the Leadership Development Program, and attending external professional development opportunities. Those experiences have shaped the way I lead today. I’m passionate about empowering my team members to be confident decision-makers and strong advocates for themselves, while also knowing they have my support. I particularly enjoy mentoring emerging leaders stepping into supervisor or leadership roles, as well as supporting early career therapists to build confidence and develop into capable, independent clinicians.

What are some memorable highlights or team wins you reflect on during your time as Regional Manager that have made you proud?

One of the most rewarding parts of my role has been watching team members grow both professionally and personally. Many clinicians have joined our teams as graduates or early career therapists, and it’s been incredibly fulfilling to see them develop into confident clinicians, supervisors and leaders. I also love celebrating their personal milestones, whether that’s buying a home, getting married or starting a family. From a team perspective, seeing our teams grow has been a real highlight. For example, our Warrnambool team started with just two clinicians and has now grown to a team of 13, which is a fantastic reflection of the strong culture we’ve built together.

What goals would you like to achieve in 2026?

In 2026, I’m entering an exciting new stage of life as I prepare to start a family. A key goal for me is ensuring my teams feel well supported as I transition to parental leave, so they feel confident and prepared while I’m away. Professionally, I’m focused on continuing to strengthen our team culture, supporting sustainable growth, and maintaining the strong team member retention we’ve built across our teams. Ultimately, my goal is to ensure our teams continue to thrive and provide high-quality services to the communities we support.

Where is your favourite travel destination?

One of the most memorable places I’ve travelled to is Cambodia. As a young adult, I had the opportunity to volunteer with children living in orphanages, which was an incredibly meaningful experience. The people in Cambodia were so welcoming and kind, and despite the hardship many communities face, there was a strong sense of connection and generosity. It was a place that really stayed with me, and I would love the opportunity to return one day.

There are also many destinations still on my bucket list. I would love to visit Italy to experience the culture and food. I’m also very keen to travel to the UK, where my family originates from, to explore my roots and see where my family history began. Overall, there are so many places I’d love to visit, it’s hard to choose just one favourite!

Congratulations to Charlie, Nicole and Emma, our 2025 National 360 Team Member of the Year Award Winners!

Charlie is a Physiotherapist who commenced at National 360 in 2022. He is the powerhouse behind our operations support in SA and TAS, and the dependable right hand to his Team Leaders. His work ethic is unmatched, and he consistently goes above and beyond to support the team and his clients with passion, reliability, and a “nothing is too big” attitude. Charlie’s willingness, dedication, and impact across every part of our services sees him adored by those he works with and is well respected across the organisation.

Nicole is a Speech Pathologist who commenced with us in 2021, and consistently demonstrates strong leadership and clinical excellence. She is always one to volunteer to help with local initiatives, office activities, team meetings, and wider Speech Pathology stream tasks including being selected to fulfil the role of Clinical Practice Advisor role in an interim capacity. Nicole is a kind, considerate, and bubbly face in our Eastern Sydney office who cultivates a supportive, fun, and positive team culture.

Emma is an Occupational Therapist who commenced at National 360 in 2024. She has been an invaluable member of the team, and during her time has made a significant impact on both her clients and the broader team. A quiet achiever, Emma approaches her work with calm dedication and is always willing to try new things if it means supporting those around her. In 2025, Emma embraced the responsibility of supervising a placement student – an impressive milestone. Emma is always the first to put her hand up to engage in team events, and her commitment, kindness, and initiative make her a truly valued member of the team.

We asked Charlie, Nicole and Emma some questions to learn more about them.

How did you feel when you found out you were one of the Team Members of the Year?

Charlie: I felt genuinely surprised and incredibly grateful. Community physio can sometimes feel like you’re just quietly doing your job day to day, so to be recognised by the team means a lot. It made me feel proud, not just of my own work, but of being part of such a supportive and values-driven team. It was a really affirming moment.

Nicole: I was so surprised and appreciative, it’s incredible to get recognition in such a large team filled with amazing people!

Emma: When I got Team Member of the Year, I felt really surprised and very grateful. There are so many incredible people in the VIC team who work so hard, so it means a lot to be recognised. I feel lucky to be part of such a supportive team.

What has been a highlight of your time working at National 360?

Charlie: There have been so many highlights. Clinically, seeing long-term clients achieve goals they once thought were out of reach has been incredibly rewarding, especially when you’ve been part of that journey from early intervention through to meaningful independence. On the team side, I’ve really valued the collaboration and shared learning. Whether it’s case discussions, professional development sessions, or team activities and fun fund initiatives, there’s a strong sense of connection despite working out in the community. That balance of autonomy and teamwork has been a standout for me.

Nicole: Tough one! Honestly a huge ongoing highlight for me is the supportive team we have here in NSW, and the recent Scavenger Hunt we did!

Emma: A highlight of working at National 360 is definitely the fun funds. It’s great that we have the opportunity to get out together as a team on a regular basis and do something social outside of the usual work environment. At VIC West, we’ve become pretty big fans of trivia nights. There’s always a bit of friendly competition, some questionable answers, and plenty of laughs along the way. It’s a fun way to switch off after work and spend time together as a team.

How would you describe the support you have received while working here?

Charlie: The support has been one of the biggest strengths. Clinically, I’ve always felt comfortable reaching out for guidance or bouncing ideas around – there’s a culture of open discussion rather than judgment. Supervision feels constructive and focused on growth rather than just compliance. From a team perspective, there’s genuine care for wellbeing. Whether it’s workload management, flexibility, or just colleagues checking in, I’ve felt backed both professionally and personally.

Nicole: Where to start! The clinical support has been so incredible, having both supervisors and mentors, as well as peers to bounce ideas off, it’s one of the main reasons I love working here. Having a whole national team with a wealth of clinical skill who are all eager to share ideas and resources is just amazing. Team support has also been something I have felt since my first day, we started as a small team in NSW and watching our team grow while still maintaining a close-knit support team is so special.

Emma: The support I receive at National 360 is amazing. Between my team, weekly supervision, and access to senior clinicians, there’s always someone I can turn to for advice or support when I need it. It makes a huge difference knowing that help is always available, whether it’s talking through a tricky clinical situation, getting a second opinion, or just having a quick chat to bounce ideas around.

What goals would you like to achieve in 2026?

Charlie: In 2026, I’d love to continue refining my clinical skills, particularly in complex case management and collaborative multidisciplinary care. I’m also keen to take on more mentoring or leadership opportunities to support newer clinicians entering community practice. Beyond that, I want to keep building sustainable systems in my caseload, ensuring high-quality care while maintaining balance and longevity in community work.

Nicole: This year I want to continue to further develop my clinical skills in the adult speech pathology space, particularly neurodiverse affirming practice and end-of-life care, find some great social events for the team (being part of the social committee!), and personally I would love to travel back to Hong Kong (where I was born!)

Emma: For 2026, I’m excited to continue exploring where my area of specialty might be. It’s great that I have the opportunity to work with such a broad range of clients, which makes it a great place to keep learning and growing.

If you could invite any 3 people to a dinner party, who would you invite?

Charlie: I’d invite David Bowie, David Lynch, and Vincent van Gogh. I feel like the conversation would be equal parts profound, surreal, and beautifully chaotic. What draws me to all three is how differently they saw the world. Bowie’s constant reinvention and fearlessness with identity, Lynch’s comfort with ambiguity and the subconscious, and van Gogh’s raw emotional intensity – they all created from a place that felt deeply personal yet universally impactful. I imagine the night would drift between philosophy, art, creativity, struggle, and what it really means to live authentically. It would probably be a little strange, deeply reflective, and completely unforgettable, exactly my kind of dinner party.

Nicole: Amazing question, had to think about this one… I’d invite Leonardo da Vinci, Winston Churchill, and my Nana.
Leonardo da Vinci – because he was curious about absolutely everything. I feel like he’d spend the evening sketching ideas on napkins and asking questions about modern science, art, and how we make wine now.
Winston Churchill – partly for the history and incredible storytelling, but also because he was famous for loving champagne. He’d probably turn the dinner into a long philosophical conversation about leadership and war.
My Nana Joan – because she loved a party, and would give Churchill and Da Vinci a run for their money!

Where is your favourite travel destination?

Emma: My favourite travel destination is anywhere I can bring my dogs, Bernie and Daisy. Whether it’s going for a hike, relaxing by the beach, or exploring somewhere new, it’s always more fun when they’re part of the adventure. Travelling just feels that much better when they can come along for the ride!

Congratulations to Aislinn, our 360 Champion Award Winner for 2025!

Aislinn began her journey with National 360 as a graduate in 2022, and has since grown into an exceptional Speech Pathologist. She supports her clients with unwavering empathy and skill, while contributing meaningfully to the growth of students and colleagues across both operational and clinical area.

Aislinn communicates with honesty and compassion, actively listening and offering thoughtful, practical guidance. She embodies our organisational values in everything she does; raising the bar, going above and beyond, and truly valuing every individual she works with.

We asked Aislinn some questions about her career progression at National 360, how she has been supported in her role as a Speech Pathologist, a highlight of her time working at National 360, and what goals she is looking forward to achieving in 2026.

Aislinn, you have grown so much since commencing with us! What has your role progression been like during your time working at National 360?

I started as a graduate clinician in 2022 with our Brisbane North Team and had the wonderful opportunity to work as a generalist clinician to build my skills as a Speech Pathologist. Over the last few years I’ve had the opportunity to develop my skills and move into a Clinical Supervisor position, and last year had the opportunity to step up into our Team Mentor role to support the Brisbane South Team which has been a great opportunity. I’ve also had the opportunity to support several students in my time and work in the clinical education space which is something I love doing.

So far, what has been a highlight of working at National 360?

A highlight for me has been the opportunity to build relationships with my clients on an ongoing basis and really see the long-term impacts Speech Pathology provides, and being able to work with them to make this impact as functional and meaningful as possible to their lives.

How have you been supported as a Speech Pathologist clinician at National 360?

I’m so lucky that both of the teams I work in have a great team culture of supporting each other, and working closely as a multidisciplinary team (MDT). I am so very thankful for the wonderful Team Leaders and State Manager that we have here in Brisbane, who have always fostered a space for me to continue my development and value me as a person. Beyond that, the broader support opportunities of clinical supervision and mentoring have meant that I’m able to focus on my career development as a Speech Pathologist, and not having to go source my supervision externally. I feel very lucky. 

What are you looking forward to achieving in 2026?

I’m really looking forward to broadening my clinical skills in some new and familiar areas this year and seeing how I can use these to support my clients’ goals!

Congratulations to Jess, our 2025 National 360 Early Career Excellence Award Winner!

Jess started working at National 360 as an Occupational Therapist in 2024 in our 360 GO Graduate Program, and she is so valued in our WA Team.

Jess is an exceptional clinician whose professionalism, warmth, and consistency make her an absolute standout, and a deserving winner of our Early Career Excellence Award. She brings a friendly, positive, and highly knowledgeable presence to the team and consistently demonstrates strong clinical and operational performance. Jess recently supervised a student with great success and is known for staying calm under pressure while keeping a positive perspective.

Additionally, Jess’ communication is always proactive and reliable, and our Clinical Practice Advisors (CPAs) regularly praise the quality of her reports.

We asked Jess some questions to learn more about highlights from her time working at National 360, the support she has received from across the country, and her goals for 2026. Read her full interview below: 

As an early career clinician what has been a highlight of working at National 360?

A highlight has been forming relationships with the amazing Perth team! Also having the opportunity to learn about people’s lives and seeing how we can collaborate with them to achieve their goals. Highlights have included supporting a child to learn how to tie his shoelaces (over telehealth no less!), getting clients the support they need through written reports, and forming rapport and building relationships with clients.

You started with us in our 360 GO Graduate Program! How have you found the supports for clinicians at National 360?

Support has been incredible. Attending weekly supervision is a great opportunity to debrief and provide ongoing check-ins of more complex clients. I book Clinical Mentoring as needed and find this to be very useful when something pops up that I haven’t come across before.

The clinical consultations are really valuable in being able to dissect a complex case and work out how best to approach the situation. I’ve also been enjoying attending some of the interest groups, including mental health and assistive technology, whereby more informal discussions with peers are held and we lean on each other for support.

What are you looking forward to achieving in 2026? 

I honestly love learning so much – isn’t it amazing that if you apply yourself you can learn anything? So I’m hoping to learn more about home modifications, assistive technology, and mental health this year – that’s what I’m hoping to achieve!

How Does National 360 Support their Allied Health Therapists?

There are three core pillars that are critical for allied health therapists:

Support, Supervision and Education.

CLINICAL SUPPORT

At National 360, we have a professional responsibility to set you up for success clinically, but also in the non-client-facing tasks you will have to perform as part of your professional role. Teamwork is a central component of your informal support to successfully navigate your new role, plus having great team support encourages an open workplace culture which is a very important element when selecting a company to work with.

At National 360, we support our Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists and Behaviour Support therapists by:

1. Employing highly experienced National Clinical Leads for each discipline to identify stream-based learning goals, manage stream-based supervision frameworks, ensure we are providing the right tools and equipment for every therapist, and to provide expert advice and support to our Subject Matter Experts and therapists

2. Allocating a highly qualified Clinical Supervisor to provide 1:1 and group supervision

3. Facilitating peer-to-peer collaboration and support

4. Providing access to weekly mentoring sessions led by our Subject Matter Experts in more complex areas including Paediatrics, Assistive Technology, Housing, Mental Health, Adult Neuro and Behaviour Support.

5. Self-directed and formal learning through our on-demand online Learning Management System, which includes pre-recorded webinars, problem-based learning experiences, and case studies.

SUPERVISION

Our team at National 360 implore any new Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, or Physiotherapists to really maximise the exposure they have to supervision. We offer four key types:

• 1:1 Supervision – this provides essential feedback and learning in a 1:1 setting

• Group Supervision – this enables our therapists to learn about the clinical challenges that their peers are facing and to share their own experiences and advice, facilitated by an experienced Clinical Supervisor

• Work Shadowing – this includes observing the practice of colleagues to enhance learning and provide more confidence to therapists, as well as having an experienced therapist shadow you to provide you with advice and support as you develop your own style

• Mentoring Communities of Practice Peer Networks – internal support networks to support the management of complex cases

EDUCATION

We encourage all staff to continue learning and provide them the opportunity to continue building on their learnings and skills through PD sessions, in addition to allocating time for education. Being an active learner is a trait that will set you on the right path for success as a health professional. It will also assist therapists in developing the core skills of professional reasoning and professional identity and adds a whole new dimension to their reflective practice.

At National 360, we want you to have a long and enjoyable career as a therapist and have a vested interest in ensuring you are set up for successes which is why our supervision, education and support structures are at the forefront for not only our graduates, but all team members across the company throughout the lifetime of their career. We want to see our therapists continually progress through the National 360 career pathway, as showcased in the diagram below.

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

Our focus on Learning & Development ensures we have structured programs in place to support the personal & professional goals of our valued team members from the outset. Our induction programs are tailored to support therapists with various experience levels. If you are new to community allied health practice or the NDIS, your induction will equip you with the knowledge to work in these areas with confidence.  These induction programs include live learning sessions, coaching & advice, shadow visits with clients, self-paced online learning modules and peer-to-peer support.

In addition to our Induction Programs, National 360 has the following L&D Programs in place:

• 12 Month Graduate Program

• Clinical Supervisor Training Program

• Team Leader Development Program

International Women’s Day

Heidi

Heidi, the Founder and Managing Director of National 360, started her business over 15 years ago as a small private practice with just a few clinicians providing allied health services across Melbourne and regional Victoria. By finding passionate clinicians and support staff across the country, Heidi grew and expanded National 360 to become Australia’s leading NDIS provider of Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, and Behaviour Support allied health services. From just servicing clients in Victoria, National 360 has grown to now service clients across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, and Tasmania.

Being an Occupational Therapist by background, Heidi has had the opportunity to work alongside other team leaders and managers who are allied health trained, which ensures allied health is always at the forefront of her decision making in regard to not only our client services, but also the way we operate and are supporting our clinicians as a company. Hi, my name’s Lorraine and I am the Behaviour Support Clinical Lead and Clinical Lead Manager here at National 360. In my role I support and guide our clinical teams to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across our allied health disciplines. With a background in Behaviour Analysis I have a passion for ethical, evidence-based practice, focusing on fostering professional growth, enhancing clinical governance, and ensuring positive client outcomes.

Hi, I’m Lauren, Physiotherapy Clinical Lead at National 360. I work across disciplines to support clinical quality, safety, and career development within the allied health team. With a strong MDT background, leadership, and quality improvement experience, along with insights from the stepping stones of my varied career, I bring a well-rounded approach to service delivery, combining innovative strategies to support both clients and teams in reaching their full potential.

I’m passionate about public health advocacy,not just in shaping policies, but in strengthening the presence of physiotherapy and the broader MDT within the community. Through education, promoting collaboration, and prioritising a tailored approach that combines evidence, clinical experience, and individual needs, I aim to empower clinicians and clients, ensuring allied health is recognised and utilised to its full potential.

Kirsty

Hi, I’m Kirsty, OT clinical lead at National 360. Working across numerous roles in the hospital, community and NDIS space has lead to a strong clinical  background in the adult space, focusing on Disability Housing, Home Modifications and complex case management. I love working with clinicians of all disciplines and backgrounds to find client-focused, practical solutions to everyday challenges. I believe that the best way forward combines great outcomes for clients and clinicians and am incredibly lucky to work with so many passionate, knowledgeable allied health colleagues, and women to make this happen!

Carolyn

Hi, I’m Carolyn, QLD and NSW State Manager. I began my career as a physiotherapist over 20 years ago, driven by a passion for helping others. Over time, I transitioned from clinical practice into operational management, and for the past year, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a state operations manager in the NDIS space. My role allows me to support clinicians in delivering high-quality care while also fostering professional growth and sustainability in allied health. I’m passionate about leadership, mentoring, and creating workplaces where people feel valued and empowered to thrive.

Emily

Hi, I’m Emily! I’m the National Clinical Lead of Speech Pathology at National 360.

Originally from Adelaide, my career has taken me across Melbourne, London, and back home again. I primarily work in paediatrics, with a special interest for supporting autistic children.I’m passionate about family-centred, neuroaffirming practice and love working with an aim to build capacity through carer coaching. I believe in leading with authenticity, curiosity, and a willingness to step outside my comfort zone.

Hello, my name is Kristie-Lee and I am the Victorian State Manager at National 360. I began my career as an Occupational Therapist working in the aged care space for a few years before transitioning into community NDIS with National 360 – almost 7 years ago! Now, as a leader I strive for continuous development and innovation in any role to facilitate the growth of other leaders and therapists across the business. My aim is always to empower individuals to be the best version of themselves, working towards excellence in the delivery of high quality services to the community

Heidi

Heidi, the Founder and Managing Director of National 360, started her business over 15 years ago as a small private practice with just a few clinicians providing allied health services across Melbourne and regional Victoria. By finding passionate clinicians and support staff across the country, Heidi grew and expanded National 360 to become Australia’s leading NDIS provider of Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, and Behaviour Support allied health services. From just servicing clients in Victoria, National 360 has grown to now service clients across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, and Tasmania.

Being an Occupational Therapist by background, Heidi has had the opportunity to work alongside other team leaders and managers who are allied health trained, which ensures allied health is always at the forefront of her decision making in regard to not only our client services, but also the way we operate and are supporting our clinicians as a company. Rebecca

Rebecca is our Allied Heath Manager at National 360, who has over 15 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist. Rebecca is passionate about developing supervision structures for new to practice therapists as well as pathways for clinicians to develop clinical expertise. Through her dedication to her role, Rebecca empowers graduate, early career, and experienced therapists to continually learn and develop their skills to grow within their practice and allied health careers. We are thrilled to have Rebecca’s passion, knowledge and experience being passed on to our clinicians across the country, so they too can grow within their allied health careers as clinicians, and leaders.

 

 

 

Claire

Claire is the dedicated State Manager for Victoria and Tasmania and has worked at National 360 for over 4 years leading multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality allied health services in community practice. With a background as an Occupational Therapist, Claire has a wealth of knowledge, skills, and kindness that leads to not only great outcomes for therapists and clients in Victoria and Tasmania but across the entire national team. We love having Claire as a leader at National 360.

 

 

 

Linda

Linda is our wonderful State Manager for Queensland, who joined the National 360 team in 2022. Linda is a go-getter who brings a talent for relationship management, positivity, and action to her role as a State Manager with her infectious energy and desire to provide the best support for our clients and clinicians across Queensland. Queensland is sunnier because Linda is there.

 

 

 

 

Belinda

Belinda is our Occupational Therapy Clinical Lead with over 15 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist. Belinda enjoys assisting people to achieve their goals by enhancing their independence and/or functional capacity and supporting the Occupational Therapists at National 360 to develop skills and specialities to ensure a high quality of service is delivered to our clients to assist them in achieving their goals and desired outcomes.

 

 

 

 

Emma

Emma is our Speech Pathology Clinical Lead at National 360. With over 18 years’ experience as a Speech Pathologist, Emma enjoys creating care pathways and developing services in areas not previously covered by a team. She loves teaching and training others within her role as the Clinical Lead for our team of Speech Pathologists who are continually inspired by her wealth of knowledge and passion for our Speech Pathology services.

 

 

 

 

Laura

Laura is the Clinical Lead for Physiotherapy at National 360. Originally starting in a Physiotherapy Team Leader role, we were excited to have Laura transition to her role as a Clinical Lead in 2021. Laura is an excellent leader who supports our team of physiotherapists across the country with her dedication to our clinicians and physiotherapy services. She is also passionate about educating the community about physiotherapy and how it can assist clients to achieve a variety of goals.

 

 

 

Wendy

With over 7 years working at National 360, Wendy is an inspiring member of the National 360 team, who is currently one of our Regional Manager’s in Victoria/Tasmania. Wendy is dedicated to supporting her teams in the Northern Victoria and Tasmanian regions, and always strives for great outcomes for clients and therapists. Wendy is an admirable leader, a skilled Occupational Therapist, and a loyal, genuine, and warm-hearted colleague to many team members across the country.

 

 

 

Sarah

Sarah is our Regional Manager for the South East area of Victoria, who has a background as a skilled Occupational Therapist. Since starting at National 360 in 2021, Sarah quickly progressed her management and leadership skills, moving into the Regional Management position to support the quickly growing business. In this role she supports Team Leaders and therapists within her region and is also a coach within our Team Leader Training Program.

 

 

 

 

Alex

Alex is a Regional Manager in Victoria, and an experienced Physiotherapist with 11 years of clinical experience. Alex currently supports 5 Team Leaders across the Western Region of Victoria who support over 50 clinicians, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Pathologists. Alex works tirelessly to support her region, and her energetic leadership style is infectious.

 

Annie, Caroline, Celeste & Shobha

National 360 are also fortunate to have fantastic leaders within the business across People & Culture, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance. Annie, Caroline, Celeste, and Shobha manage their teams with enthusiasm and dedication to ensure they are providing fantastic support for our clients and clinicians.
