Supportive Induction Program

Our structured induction program will set you up for success. You will be supported by a Team Leader and Clinical Supervisor and will have a plan to follow every day which includes access to structured learning modules and a broad range of clinical resources, workshops, teaching sessions, group mentoring, direct supervision and joint appointments.

Professional Development Program

We have an extensive internal professional development program delivered by a team of Clinical Leaders and Clinical Practice Advisors. Also available is an elaborate external PD program consisting of external presenters and access to various community events. National 360 offers leave days and financial support for staff to attend PD relevant to their role.

Group Supervision and Clinical Practice Advisors

Aside from direct supervision with a Clinical Supervisor, all therapists have access to group supervision, training sessions and clinical resources developed by our team of Clinical Practice Advisors in fields including Paediatrics, Assistive Technology, Neurology, Mental Health, Home Modifications, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology and Behaviour Support. This is a unique service available to our therapists.

Large Support Team

The Customer Service team will provide full support with referrals and administration allowing our therapists to spend more time with their clients! Our finance and IT teams are also on hand to support you in your role.

Flexible Work Arrangements​

You will have the flexibility to work from your home and from one of our office locations. We are also developing a network of clinics. You have autonomy with booking your clients in at times that suit you.

Graduate Application Process

Step 1 – Submit Application by uploading your CV and Cover-Letter outlining your suitability for the role. Please address the ‘HR Team’ in your Cover-Letter. 

Step 2 – Application Review will take place if your CV meets the selection criteria, our HR Team will contact you to arrange an interview. 

Step 3 – Interview will take place whereby you will be asked to share your knowledge gained to date and highlight your skills and experiences. 

Step 4 – Employment Screening will require that you provide your references and if successful, undertake a Police check. 

Step 5 – Employment Offers will be issued to our new Graduates.
