Life at National 360

Workplace Collaboration

At National 360, we facilitate a collaborative workplace environment where team members are consulted on workplace practices and initiatives. We do this through actively seeking feedback from all team members both formally and informally, via the administration of anonymous surveys throughout the employee lifecycle and regular informal interactions between our leaders and team members.  The majority of initiatives that we have introduced at National 360 are based on listening to our team members, considering their feedback, and taking actions to address their feedback.

We know that transparency and honesty are core to building a trusting partnership between team members and leaders. It is important to us that open conversations take place with team members throughout the recruitment process and employee lifecycle, with everybody feeling comfortable to ask questions, voice their opinion, and to feel that their feedback is valued and genuinely considered when making decisions. When you join National 360, and throughout your employment, we want to ensure that the information provided to you accurately aligns with workplace practices – ask us anything, and we will give you a straight answer.

I have been with N360 for 6 months now and I think that the amount of thought, acknowledgement, and support for the employees and what goes into the company to make improvements is amazing. It is really reassuring to know that voices are heard, and feedback is taken on board rapidly. This is by far the best company I have worked for.

Advanced supervisors will also engage in 1:1 coaching with their relevant Clinical Lead and will implement a Career Development Plan focused on clinical leadership.

Team Leader Development Program

Our Team Leader Development Program is designed for therapists who are interested in pursuing a career in operational management & leadership. The 12-month Program has been designed for existing and emerging Team Leaders at National 360 to understand the role of a Team Leader, develop strong connections across the national organisation, and to ensure that everybody feels confident and competent to perform their duties. Team Leaders engage in a 1:1 360 Profile Debrief with our People & Culture Manager to understand, analyse and interpret the feedback, and to set goals specifically related to addressing the feedback.

Coaching

Each Team Leader is paired with a Regional Manager, State Manager, or a member of the Senior Leadership Team for the duration of the Program. Formal coaching sessions centre around each Team Leader’s Reflective Journal, which include self-assessments as well as areas to reflect on course content and the practical application of learnings throughout the program. Each Team Leader will also develop a Professional Development Plan in liaison with their Coach and will regularly engage in the review of the attainment of personal and professional goals & objectives.

Peer-to-Peer Support

Team Leaders are assigned to Peer Support Groups with other Team Leaders who are completing the Program. As part of the Program, you will complete an Action Learning Project with your Peer Support Group, working together to propose a solution to a real workplace challenge. Teams present solutions directly to National 360’s Executive Team, providing an opportunity to develop their problem-solving and presentation skills. To date, National 360 has adopted all solutions that Team Leaders have recommended, resulting in positive workplace changes impacting all team members at National 360.
